Sr BA/ Data Analyst

Candidates must be in California to be considered. Location: Palo Alto, CA On Site

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role with increasing scope
Expert-level SQL skills for complex querying and data validation
Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Experience using Python or R for data analysis and automation
Solid understanding of data modeling, metric design, and analytical best practices
Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
Demonstrated experience in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or regulated environments
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments; comfortable writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
