Lead AV Installation Engineer Location: M4 Corridor with regular travel into London and the Cotswolds Salary: £38,000 to £46,000 + Paid Overtime + Company Vehicle Are you an experienced AV Installation Engineer who takes real pride in delivering exceptional installations?

We're working with a well established and multi award winning Commercial AV integrator looking to appoint a Lead AV Installation Engineer to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands on, leading by example, and delivering high quality installations without being pushed into project management or office based responsibilities.

The Role You will be responsible for leading commercial AV installations across a range of client sites throughout London, the M4 corridor and the Cotswolds.

You'll be trusted to deliver projects to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer relationships on site. The role is predominantly installation focused, with some commissioning where required.

Responsibilities Leading AV installations on commercial projects<br />Installing a wide range of AV equipment including displays, projectors, audio systems and control systems<br />Assisting with commissioning where appropriate<br />Ensuring installations are completed to the highest standard<br />Providing a professional and customer focused service on site<br />Maintaining company tools, equipment and vehicles with care<br />Working occasional paid overtime when required What We're Looking For Proven experience installing commercial AV systems<br />Ability to lead installations and work independently on site<br />Some commissioning experience would be beneficial<br />Strong fault finding and problem solving skills<br />Professional appearance with excellent customer facing skills<br />Full UK driving licence<br />Someone who genuinely takes pride in the quality of their work Package £38,000 to £46,000 basic salary<br />Paid overtime<br />Company vehicle provided following successful probation<br />Temporary vehicle available if required during probation<br />24 days annual leave, increasing with long service<br />Long term career opportunity with a respected AV business<br />Supportive team environment with varied commercial projects If you're an experienced commercial AV engineer looking for a company that values quality workmanship and offers long term stability, apply today or get in touch for a confidential conversation.
