Overview

Digital Marketing Executive role at Stopgap - Marketing, Digital & Creative Recruitment . Dynamic and creative B2C Digital Marketing Executive needed to support digital campaigns and content across multiple brands including residential property, hospitality (restaurants & food halls), co-working, commercial leasing, and placemaking. Fully office-based.

About the Role

You’ll work across web, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising , helping to deliver and optimise campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple brands and sectors.
  • Manage and update content across websites (WordPress & Prismic), social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with agencies on paid media (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and SEO initiatives.
  • Help develop and deliver organic social content for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Chinese channels like WeChat and Weibo.
  • Execute and optimise email marketing campaigns in line with CRM goals.
  • Track and report on campaign performance to drive ongoing improvement.

What We\'re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience across all digital marketing channels including email, advertising/media, websites and social media.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, PPC and paid Social Media campaign development, execution and reporting.
  • Experience in supporting digital campaigns: writing briefs, liaising with agencies and campaign development
  • Lead Generation and understanding of tactics and strategies to improve quality
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to develop engaging content
  • Project management: setting and keeping to deadlines, effective communication, and prioritisation
  • Experience in CMS
  • Experience in Marketing Cloud / Salesforce including HTML email creation, database management, and reporting
  • Digital marketing analysis
  • Proficient in Adobe CS Suite design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
