Entry-Level Sales Team Lead

Globe Life seeks a remote Entry-Level Sales Team Lead to develop and oversee a virtual team selling life and supplemental health insurance. You will coach new agents, drive sales performance, and ensure a customer-first, compliant sales process. Responsibilities include leading daily huddles, monitoring pipeline metrics, and providing real-time coaching on prospecting, needs analysis, and policy presentations. You'll partner with leadership on training and process improvements while modeling ethical, performance-driven behavior that supports long-term customer relationships and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a remote team of entry-level sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets
• Conduct virtual coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews to build sales capabilities
• Support agents in prospecting, qualifying leads, and presenting Globe Life insurance solutions
• Ensure all sales activities comply with insurance regulations and company policies
• Monitor pipeline metrics, report results, and implement improvement strategies
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes, scripts, and training materials
• Foster a high-integrity, customer-focused, performance-driven team culture
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure positive resolutions
