The Role
• Drive occupancy and revenue growth by executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless move-in experience.
• Conduct personalized discovery sessions and community tours, highlighting the unique lifestyle offered.
• Develop and implement quarterly marketing plans aligned with community goals and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage the move-in process and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, organizations, and referral sources.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in senior living sales and marketing.
• Proven success in sales, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong closing skills with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills.
