The Role

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously throughout their automotive journey.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Utilize CRM tools to effectively track customer interactions and manage leads.
• Educate customers on vehicle features, benefits, and available financing options.
• Conduct test drives, ensuring customers understand vehicle operating features.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
