The Role • Act as a cashier and stocker, taking a lead role in the absence of store management. • Provide exemplary customer service, assisting customers and maintaining an organized store environment. • Manage merchandise, including unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and implementing plan-o-grams. • Handle cash register operations, including processing transactions, making change, and performing end-of-day counts. • In the absence of management, authorize refunds, oversee cashier accountability, and manage bank deposits. • Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained, including front-end presentation and outdoor displays. What You'll Need • High school diploma or equivalent. • Six months of supervisory experience or related experience/training. • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and understand cash handling procedures. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Knowledge of cash, facility, and safety control policies and practices. • Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.
