Position: Talend Developer/Talend Data Engineer

Location: Wilmington, DE
Rate: $55-60/Hr on C2C/$50/Hr on W2

Job Description:
Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL/ELT jobs using Talend (Talend DI / Talend Big Data) Develop and maintain data pipelines for structured and semi-structured data
Perform data extraction from source systems and load into data warehouses/lakes Implement data transformations, validations, and reconciliations
Optimize Talend jobs for performance and scalability Troubleshoot and resolve data quality, performance, and job failure issues Work with SQL for data analysis, validation, and transformation
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Architects, and QA teams Prepare technical documentation and support production deployments
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards

Required Skills
Strong experience in Talend Open Studio / Talend Cloud / Talend DI Hands-on experience with ETL development and data integration
Strong SQL skills (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL)
Experience working with flat files, XML, JSON, APIs Knowledge of data warehousing concepts Experience with Unix/Linux commands Understanding of SDLC and release management processes
