The Role

What You'll Need

• A completed apprenticeship in retail, with prior experience being a plus.
• Proven leadership skills with strong communication abilities, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
• A friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment in interacting with customers.
• The drive and dedication to actively contribute to the daily operations.
• Solid German language skills (minimum B1 level) to ensure effective communication with customers.
