Job Description: Talend Developer / Talend Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL/ELT jobs using Talend (Talend DI / Talend Big Data)
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for structured and semi-structured data
• Perform data extraction from source systems and load into data warehouses/lakes
• Implement data transformations, validations, and reconciliations
• Optimize Talend jobs for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality, performance, and job failure issues
• Work with SQL for data analysis, validation, and transformation Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Architects, and QA teams
• Prepare technical documentation and support production deployments
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Talend Open Studio / Talend Cloud / Talend DI
• Hands-on experience with ETL development and data integration
• Strong SQL skills (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• Experience working with flat files, XML, JSON, APIs
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• Experience with Unix/Linux commands
• Understanding of SDLC and release management processes.
