.Net Programmer Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to support the modernization of an enterprise tolling transaction platform through a partial rewrite using microservices and modular architecture. This role will develop scalable backend services, REST APIs, and cloud-integrated applications using .NET Core while working in a collaborative Agile/Scrum environment.

This opportunity is based in Mechanicsville, VA, and is open to candidates within a 100-mile radius of Mechanicsville, VA. The client is only considering candidates who can work without requiring present or future employment sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core backend services and REST APIs
• Develop and enhance enterprise applications using C# and .NET Core
• Build and support microservices and modular application architecture
• Integrate applications with SQL Server and Azure-based services
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub
• Collaborate with architects, cloud engineers, SQL developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint delivery
• Support backend integrations with ETL pipelines and enterprise systems
