Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, MuleSoft integrations, and AWS platforms. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end testing strategies, ensure high-quality delivery of healthcare solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage QA/testing activities for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
  • Design and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases across functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Validate MuleSoft APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external healthcare systems.
  • Perform testing on AWS-based applications and services, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Oversee test automation frameworks and improve test coverage using modern tools.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and data security regulations (HIPAA knowledge preferred).
  • Manage defect lifecycle, reporting, and root cause analysis.
  • Mentor QA team members and drive best practices in testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Software Testing/QA, with at least 2+ years in a Test Lead role.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud testing.
  • Strong knowledge of MuleSoft API testing (REST/SOAP, integration validation).
  • Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) in testing environments.
  • Expertise in manual and automation testing tools (Selenium, TestNG, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
