Job Description

Job Title:  Salesforce Admin/Developer

Job Location: Remote (preferably EST)

Job Duration: Contract / Fulltime
 

Rate: $120,000 - $135,000 - Up to $80/hour on 1099

Criteria: Need ship because of federal regulations and the sensitive nature of the work involved. Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user accessibility.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth deployments and releases using Copado and Github.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to deployments, mergers, and environment synchronization.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, implement solutions, and provide post-deployment support.
  • Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce updates and features, ensuring our environment leverages the best and latest functionalities.
  • Manage users, set up and maintain profiles, permission sets, and roles, and control security access levels.
  • Maintain Salesforce org security by monitoring potential security risks through the AppOmni service and working with the development team as needed to mitigate any findings
  • Develop process automation through Salesforce flow
  • Design custom reports and visual dashboards for clients and/or management.

Qualifications

  • or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Admin and Admin II
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture and environment management with strong proficiency in Flow.
  • Understanding of tools related to Salesforce DevOps, including version control, data migration, and metadata management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
