This is very much a hands-on technical role. The successful candidate will build, configure, and troubleshoot infrastructure alongside a team of three, not solely direct it. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on delivery across infrastructure operations, cloud services, end-user computers, networking, workplace technology, operational resilience, and infrastructure project delivery.
The Head of Technology retains ownership of technology strategy, architecture, cyber strategy, technology risk, operational resilience governance, technology budgets, and Board-level technology reporting. The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for executing and delivering against those objectives at a technical, hands-on level.

- Ensure infrastructure projects are delivered to agreed scope, quality, and timeframes.
