The key requirements include:
- 10+ years enterprise data architecture & data modeling
- Strong AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform cloud data architecture
- Deep Databricks / Lakehouse architecture
- Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
- Delta Lake and Apache Iceberg
- Real-time/event-driven data pipelines and high-throughput streaming
- Unity Catalog, fine-grained security, governance & end-to-end lineage
- Data Mesh / decentralized data structures
- Banking-domain experience, particularly BCBS 239 and AML
- Migration from legacy core banking to modular real-time analytics
