Digital Project Manager
Lead the delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives for a technology-focused digital services organisation. This is an opportunity to take ownership of multiple client engagements, shape delivery roadmaps, and work with distributed teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Our client is an established digital transformation and technology services organisation delivering large-scale digital solutions for enterprise and global customers. Working within a collaborative and technically focused environment, you'll help drive successful outcomes across a diverse project portfolio. You will oversee multiple projects from initiation through to successful delivery. You'll partner with customers, technical teams and business stakeholders to manage project performance, mitigate risks, maintain budgets and ensure delivery excellence.
This hybrid position is based in Sydney and offers occasional domestic and international travel opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple digital transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage project scope, budgets, risks, resources and timelines.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate geographically dispersed and offshore delivery teams.
• Drive Agile delivery practices across Scrum and Kanban environments.
• Manage customer escalations and facilitate timely resolution.
• Monitor project financials and ensure delivery aligns with agreed budgets.
• Support compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
• Encourage strong project governance, transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a matrix organisation.

Technical Requirements Essential:

• 5-10+ years' experience in project delivery and stakeholder management within digital transformation environments.
• Proven success managing multiple projects across a diverse customer portfolio.
• Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps or similar Agile management tools.
• Experience using project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Strong financial management and budget control capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, risks, priorities and resources across complex programmes.

Desired Experience Highly regarded:

• Building digital roadmaps aligned to client transformation objectives.
• Working closely with Brand, Marketing and Communications functions.
• Collaborating with Architecture Review Boards and technical governance teams.
• Managing third-party technology vendors and partners.
• Overseeing the work of Project Managers across multiple engagements.
• Driving project management process improvement initiatives.
• Delivering projects across ANZ and Southeast Asia.
