Eclipse360 is an Australian SaaS company developing an advanced Solar CRM platform for Solar EPC businesses. We are seeking a motivated intern to support product data management, software quality assurance, and AI-powered automation initiatives.

Job Summary

Maintain high-quality CRM product data, perform functional and regression testing, and assist in developing AI agents and automations to improve internal workflows, data processing, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Research and maintain solar product specifications, images, datasheets and warranties.

Create, update and validate CRM product records.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness and eliminate duplicates.

Assist in functional, regression and UAT testing.

Identify, document and report software bugs.

Validate CRM workflows after releases.

Support development of AI agents using modern LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or similar).

Create prompts, workflows and AI automations for internal operations.

Test AI agent outputs for accuracy and reliability.

Collaborate with developers to improve AI-assisted features.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's in Engineering (Computer, IT, Electronics, Electrical, Solar) or Master's in IT, Statistics, Data Science, MCA, Big Data Analytics or related field.

Strong analytical and logical thinking.

Excellent attention to detail.

Good Excel skills.

Good communication and teamwork.

Willingness to learn AI tools and new technologies.

Preferred Background

• Academic, personal, internship, or open-source projects involving AI agents, LLMs, chatbots, prompt engineering, automation, or Python.

• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n, Make, or OpenAI APIs is an advantage.

• Candidates who have built AI assistants, workflow automations, RAG applications, or similar real-world AI solutions will be preferred.

• Freshers with strong AI project portfolios and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
