Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Hyderabad, India.


  • The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with schools, educational organizations, and corporate stakeholders, while nurturing and expanding existing relationships.
  • The role involves developing and executing growth strategies, conducting market research, and promoting Trusity's programs and AI-driven solutions to decision-makers.
  • The Business Development Manager will manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • The position also includes tracking performance metrics, providing regular reports, and representing Trusity at events, conferences, and community engagements.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within education, edtech, or related sectors in India.
  • Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and negotiation, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and translate insights into effective growth strategies and action plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in preparing proposals, pitches, and client-facing materials.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in business or education are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with edtech, skill development programs, or AI-driven learning platforms is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel locally or regionally as needed for client meetings and events.
