Sr. Financial Analyst | Charlton, MA, United States | Hybrid

We're hiring on behalf of a globally recognised leader in medical technology, renowned for its innovative advanced visualization solutions that enhance clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes worldwide. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of finance and operations, partnering closely with manufacturing and supply chain leaders to connect operational performance with financial results.

The Role

  • Lead annual operating and capital budgeting processes.
  • Own forecasting cycles and deliver detailed variance analysis.
  • Build financial models to support scenario planning and capital investments.
  • Analyze manufacturing performance, COGS trends, overhead absorption, and inventory impacts.
  • Develop and track KPIs across cost, efficiency, throughput, and quality.
  • Act as the primary finance advisor to operations and supply chain leaders.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of FP&A or operations finance experience, with manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong cost accounting expertise, including standard costing, inventory, and variance decomposition.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
  • Ability to simplify complex financial data and influence cross-functional teams.
