Pay Range: $58 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable HR solutions.
• Configure workflows, case management, knowledge management, and employee service center.
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with Moveworks and/or Slate to improve self-service and automation.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Perform testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HRSD modules, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with Moveworks and/or Slate integrations or implementations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow CSA/CIS-HR certifications.
• Experience in Agile delivery and enterprise HR transformation projects
