• Define and execute the AI strategy for Lead-to-Cash capabilities, including product development plans and AI capability requirements.
• Drive AI implementation opportunities across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to enhance efficiency and streamline revenue operations.
• Oversee the development of AI-powered tools for quoting, contracting, order management, billing, and collections, ensuring they address process pain points and deliver measurable gains.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand process needs and develop AI solutions that accelerate revenue cycles and improve data accuracy.
• Establish KPIs for AI adoption within Lead-to-Cash workflows to demonstrate business value.
• Manage relationships with AI vendors and technology partners to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities.

• *What You'll Need**
• Proven experience in product management, with a significant focus on AI/ML products.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes and AI/ML technologies applied to sales and revenue operations.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, cloud-based AI services, and AI application within CRM, CPQ, CLM, and ERP systems.
• Expertise in managing the AI product lifecycle from concept to deployment, including governance and monitoring.
• Experience driving organizational change related to AI implementation and fostering AI adoption.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 8+ years in product management.
