Pay Range: $60 - $63/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive community management for Client Enterprise Suite as part of the Global Business Solutions Group Brand Social team.
- Manage daily, hands-on engagement across social media platforms, responding to customers and fostering meaningful community interactions.
- Partner with Brand Social Strategists on content review and development, editorial calendar management, and daily content publishing.
- Develop narrative-driven and engagement-focused content for Client social pages, including articles, long-form posts, polls, and other community content.
- Partner with Customer Success to triage, escalate, and resolve customer issues received through social channels, ensuring timely follow-up and positive customer outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Content Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Acquisition, and Search teams to align social initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Build deep customer empathy and maintain an ongoing pulse on conversations, needs, sentiment, and trends across target audiences, including mid-market, emerging mid-market, and accounting professionals.
- Own end-to-end measurement and reporting for assigned areas of focus, translating performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor developments across the social media landscape, including emerging platforms, community management practices, audience behaviors, and industry trends.
- Stay current on the evolving AI search landscape and its impact on social platforms, content discoverability, and audience engagement.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Proven experience building and managing online communities for a large brand or organization, with strong knowledge of social platforms and their engagement capabilities.
- Exceptional writing and copywriting skills, with demonstrated ability to create both proactive and reactive content while maintaining brand voice and tone.
- Strong B2B marketing experience and familiarity with business audiences.
- Excellent judgment and ability to operate within playbooks, brand principles, policies, and guidelines.
- Strong program management and organizational skills, with the ability to self-start, build relationships, manage multiple high-priority initiatives, communicate effectively, navigate barriers, and influence within a highly matrixed organization.
- Highly proactive with strong ownership, follow-through, and execution discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using internal and external data to develop insights and make data-backed recommendations.
- Understanding of the AI search landscape and the evolving relationship between AI, search, social platforms, and content discovery.
- Experience with social listening and community management platforms, particularly Sprinklr.
- Experience with social platform analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with social listening, sentiment analysis, audience insights, and trend monitoring.
