Retail Systems Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Systems Manager to join our Merchandise team at the Total Tools National Support Office, working across our Port Melbourne and Heatherton offices.

This is not a technical IT role - it's a hands on, operational role focused on supporting our store network by making sure the data behind our systems is accurate, reliable, and working as it should day to day.

You'll lead a small team responsible for maintaining product, pricing, and promotional data across our retail systems, ensuring stores receive the right information at the right time. From catalogue pricing through to supplier data and ordering, your work will directly impact how our stores trade every day.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and support the Retail Systems Support team, providing day to day direction and coaching.
• Maintain and update product, pricing and promotional data across systems to ensure accuracy in-store
• Ensure promotions are set up correctly and flow through to POS, so stores charge the right price at the right time
• Support stores during key trading periods (e.g. catalogues, promotions) to resolve data or system issues quickly
• Manage supplier and product data, ensuring accurate information feeds into ordering and inventory systems
• Work closely with Merchandise, Operations and Marketing to ensure data is aligned across teams
• Identify and fix data issues, improving processes to prevent reoccurrence
• Provide clear guidance, training and support to stores on system processes and updates

You're likely a match If you have

• Experience in retail operations, merchandising or master data roles
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in fast paced environments
• A good understanding of how pricing, promotions and product data flow through retail systems
• Experience supporting stores or operational teams
• Confidence working across systems (ERP such as Pronto will be an advantage)
• A practical, hands on approach - you enjoy solving problems and keeping things running smoothly
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across different teams
