Job Description

Technical Business Analyst
Location: Remote
W2 Role

Must Have Skills
Skill 1 – Understanding of Cloud platform (Google Cloud Platform Preferred)
Understanding of DevOps practices.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Skill 2 – Experience documenting APIs and REST services.
Basic understanding of scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is an advantage
 
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to understand cloud platform capabilities and workflows.
Develop comprehensive User Guides for cloud platforms and internal applications. Create Installation Guides, Configuration Guides, Administration Manuals, and Operations Manuals.
Prepare Step-by-Step How-To Guides and Runbooks.
Produce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational activities.
Maintain Knowledge Base articles in Confluence, SharePoint, or similar platforms. Create FAQs, Troubleshooting Guides, and Quick Reference Cards.
