The Role

• Independently manufacture complex individual components and assemblies in specialized steel construction.
• Precisely fabricate prototypes and initial samples based on technical design plans.
• Utilize the full spectrum of processing techniques, including cutting, bending, drilling, tacking, and welding.
• Collaborate closely with development and production planning departments to assess technical feasibility.
• Conduct rigorous dimensional and quality control checks to ensure prototype integrity.
• Actively contribute ideas for optimizing existing manufacturing methods and design details.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Construction Mechanic, Metalworker, Fitter, or a comparable qualification.
• Sound experience in steel processing and proficiency in reading complex technical drawings.
• Routine handling of standard metalworking machines and welding procedures.
• An independent, solution-oriented work approach and a high degree of spatial reasoning.
• Enjoyment in realizing one-off pieces and prototypes outside of series production.
