The Role • Act as a lead cashier and/or stocker in the absence of management. • Maintain store appearance, including stocking, facing, and displaying merchandise according to plan-o-grams. • Provide excellent customer service, including assisting customers and processing transactions accurately. • Assist with store opening and closing procedures as directed. • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to protect assets and reduce losses. • Unload trucks, process merchandise, and manage store inventory. What You'll Need • Proficiency in mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages. • Experience with cash handling procedures, including accountability and deposit control. • Ability to operate a cash register and perform related functions. • Strong understanding of safety policies, cash control, and facility management practices. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • High school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in a supervisory role or related field.
