The Role • Accompany and nurture children on their journey to becoming self-assured and responsible individuals. • Contribute to the ongoing development of the educational concept. • Independently plan and implement educational activities. • Participate actively in parent events and conduct parent, development, and conflict resolution discussions. • Mentor and guide trainees and interns, passing on knowledge and experience. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a certified educator, social worker, or equivalent recognized pedagogical qualification. • A personal value system characterized by tolerance and open-mindedness. • Enthusiasm for engaging with children and supporting their exploration and learning.
