Role Summary
The nCino/Salesforce Administrator III is responsible for managing and supporting the software applications within a fast-paced financial institution. This role involves administering, configuring, and optimizing various applications, ensuring security, and providing ongoing user support. The position also includes liaising with vendors, training staff, and mentoring junior administrators to enhance system effectiveness and meet organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and support for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of retail, lending, enterprise, and deposit operations applications.
- Monitor applications proactively, advising on solutions to minimize employee and customer impact.
- Administer user security, including security groups based on job functions, in coordination with the Information Security department.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues promptly to ensure continuous system performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with application vendors and participate in user conferences and groups.
- Collaborate with functional departments to understand business needs and implement system changes efficiently.
- Customize and configure supported applications to meet organizational requirements, including designing new features.
- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations thoroughly and update them regularly.
- Support application performance by building workflows and automations, and recommend system improvements.
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and evaluation of new features to ensure system integrity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Technology, or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of application administration, security, and troubleshooting within a financial services environment.
- Experience with applications such as Encompass, Ncino, OnBase, and other industry-specific solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows environments, and database management.
- Ability to interpret complex technical and business documentation; excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with vendors and participating in user groups or conferences.
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Administrator, nCino Certified Administrator, or ITIL V4 Foundations are preferred.
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired must verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Publishing Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 Annually
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
