Associate Director Civil Engineer
Epsom - Hybrid - 3 days in a week onsite
An Associate Director Civil Engineer is needed to work with a top international consulting firm for design, engineering, and project management. A global engineering and project management firm specialising in infrastructure, transportation, energy, and defence.
You will lead and manage the delivery of complex civil engineering design projects, overseeing technical quality, project timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Provide technical leadership, review and approve key design deliverables, mentor team members, support business growth and bid activities.
Skills:
- Chartered Civil Engineer.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale civil engineering design delivery
- Experience in the Energy or Defence markets is beneficial
- Proficient in civil engineering design software, including Causeway Flow, InfoDrainage, and Civil 3D.
- Expert knowledge of current design codes and standards
