Electrical Project Manager Location: Central London (with flexibility)<br />Salary: Up to £80,000 + Package About the Role A leading M&amp;E contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee fast-track fit out projects across Central London. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in delivering high-quality commercial fit out projects within tight timescales. The successful candidate will take ownership of electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical fit out projects from inception through to handover
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement and labour resources
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure timely delivery
• Drive fast-track project programmes while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Attend client, design and progress meetings
• Review drawings, technical specifications and project documentation
• Identify and manage project risks, variations and technical queries
• Ensure all works comply with health &amp; safety regulations and company procedures
• Liaise closely with commercial, design and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Support commissioning, snagging and final handover activities Requirements
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&amp;E or fit out sector
• Experience delivering fast-track commercial fit out projects
• Strong understanding of electrical building services systems
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and relevant industry qualifications preferred What’s on Offer
