Technical Project Manager(onsite, no third party, only W2)

Job Description:

Pay Rate: $55 - $60/hour on W2

Required Qualifications

• 3 6 years managing software or technology delivery projects, including 2+ years in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Proven track record delivering crossfunctional digital products on time, on scope, and within budget
• Handson experience running Agile ceremonies sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Proficiency with project and worktracking tools such as Jira, Github / Gitlab Self hosted, and Confluence
• Strong skills in roadmap planning, sprint planning, backlog management, and dependency tracking
• Experience managing risks, issues, and action items (RAID) and escalating appropriately
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, and cloudnative delivery
• Ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders with clear written and verbal communication
• Core project management competencies, including:
• Scope, schedule, and release planning
• Stakeholder alignment and status reporting
• Resource coordination across teams
• Meeting facilitation and decision tracking
• Experience coordinating work across distributed, globally dispersed teams
• Comfort operating in a fastpaced, highchange environment

AI / GenAI (Highly Preferred)

• Experience delivering AI or GenAIpowered features into production systems
• Familiarity with the delivery lifecycle for machinelearning and GenAI initiatives (data, evaluation, and iteration)
• Experience coordinating teams building with LLMs, embeddings, or personalization workflows
• Understanding of responsibleAI, evaluation, and rollout considerations
• Exposure to AI based initiatives, such as:
• Chat and virtualassistant experiences
• Search and personalization
• Workflow automation and agentbased patterns
• Experience partnering with data science or ML engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, PMIACP, or SAFe certification
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum programs at scale (e.g., SAFe or multiteam delivery)
• Experience with retail, ecommerce, or hightransaction environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform and modern engineering practices
• Background or handson experience in software engineering or a related technical discipline
• Experience with programlevel coordination across multiple teams
• Knowledge of budgeting, vendor, and resource management
