Job Description

On-Site Hardware Support Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new colleague to join our onSite Support team in the hardware department as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
  • Installation, configuration, and testing of client hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.), including cabling in accordance with UVV standards
  • Setup and support of VPN clients (including via remote maintenance)
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with end-user devices and network infrastructure
  • Handling service requests and incidents in first- and second-level support
  • Documentation of IT support tasks and maintenance of CMDB elements
Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training, e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Administrator, or comparable qualifications
  • Class B driver's license
  • Strong technical understanding of IT hardware
  • Initial experience in first- or second-level support is desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong service and team orientation

Comparable qualifications may also meet the requirements.
