AI Trainer

We are seeking an experienced AI Trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on Artificial Intelligence. If you have a strong grasp of AI/ML concepts and a passion for educating both technical and non-technical teams on how to adopt and implement cutting-edge AI tools, we want you on our team!

Key Skills & Requirements (What We Are Looking For)

To excel in this position, your background must include strong experience across these core areas:

• Technical Enablement: Proven experience designing and delivering structured AI or advanced technical training programs, workshops, and seminars.
• Core AI/ML Concepts: Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and foundational AI concepts.
• Frameworks & APIs: Hands-on familiarity with prominent AI frameworks and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenAI APIs.
• Cloud AI Ecosystems: Ability to provide guidance on cloud-based AI services, including AWS SageMaker, Google AI, or Microsoft Azure Machine Learning.
• Content Development: Skilled at creating digestible learning guides, presentations, and hands-on technical exercises tailored to various audience skill levels.
• Mandatory Background: State Government or Public Sector experience is REQUIRED for this role.

Preferred (Bonus Points)

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise AI adoption and organizational change management.
• Proven background conducting skills gap assessments to recommend targeted corporate learning paths.
• Experience collaborating directly with data scientists and developers to align training content with real-world project goals.

Main Responsibilities

• Educate employees on practical AI applications to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, code/tool guidance, and post-training support to ensure successful practical application of AI knowledge.
• Monitor training effectiveness, collect user feedback, and continuously update curriculum content to match rapid emerging AI trends.
