Sales Specialist, Trade Customers | Freiburg, Germany | Hybrid

**The Role**
• Actively acquire new B2B customers through proactive outreach and compelling presentations of their trade professional program.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with existing trade clients, focusing on increasing sales through dedicated account management and targeted communication.
• Drive revenue growth by developing new business, reactivating former clients, and effectively selling products and services.
• Manage sales performance against defined KPIs, reporting regularly to market leadership.
• Prepare quotations and process orders for trade customers, coordinating product deliveries and offering value-added services like delivery, equipment rental, and financing.
• Oversee administrative tasks, including order fulfillment, reservation management, product availability, and handling customer complaints.
• Plan and execute market-specific customer events designed to engage trade professionals.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across all departments to ensure seamless and comprehensive support for trade projects.
**What You'll Need**
• Completed vocational training as a sales or retail professional, or several years of relevant experience in sales, retail, or trade.
• Proven experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
• Solid product knowledge and an understanding of effective product placement strategies.
• Proficiency in using standard computer applications and navigating digital tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in German.
• A customer-centric approach with the ability to engage openly, build rapport, and persuasively present products.
