Location: Des Moines, Iowa or Charlotte, NC Contract: Contract

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to develop, enhance, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions within a complex Financial Services Cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and platform defects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Perform code reviews, testing, deployments, and ongoing platform support.
• Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Excellent Apex and LWC skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows and platform architecture.
• Strong SOQL/SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Salesforce APIs and integrations.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer or Administrator.
• Financial services industry experience.
• Experience with Java, Python, or React.
