About Our Client
Our client is a well-established financial technology company known for its widely used consumer tax preparation and filing products. They serve millions of individual consumers each year, with a strong focus on making the tax filing process simple, accurate, and accessible. The organization places a high value on data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous product improvement, and its teams work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Design to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Job Description

The role blends in-season and out-of-season work: during peak season, you will automate KPI reporting, identify opportunities, and support A/B testing efforts (from instrumentation through statistical analysis) to help the business react quickly to performance trends. In the off-season, you will build durable reporting infrastructure, define more stable backend metrics, and develop self-service experimentation capabilities that align with testing frameworks used by related product areas.
