The Role

• Ensure continuous process improvement to enhance equipment availability and productivity.
• Organize and manage projects related to plant operations.
• Perform comprehensive maintenance, repair, and monitoring of all operational equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational faults and failures.
• Participate in the conversion and expansion of production facilities as required.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Previous experience working in production environments.
• Familiarity with process technology and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and work effectively in a team.
• High level of dedication, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
