IT Business Systems Analyst-Level 3 - Senior (11 - 15 Years)

Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)

Role Overview

This role involves analyzing business processes and practices to design and implement information technology solutions that meet customer needs. The position requires advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems and recommend best practices. The successful candidate will work independently on complex situations, may lead functional teams or projects, and is recognized as an expert in their area within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage effective relationships with users of business, financial, and operations systems, as well as technical team members.
• Utilize knowledge of business processes to identify interdependencies and functional gaps, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategies.
• Act as a lead in the application testing process, documentation updates, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and troubleshoot cloud applications and APIs in AWS.
• Ensure compliance with technology standards and provide strategic recommendations for system enhancements.
• Use tools like AWS CloudWatch for deployments, monitoring, and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration is required.

Experience: 11-15 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with expertise in IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting cloud applications and APIs in AWS.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, SQL, Docker, GitHub Actions, and AWS CloudWatch.
• Experience with Python-based services, REST APIs, and AWS services such as ECS, S3, IAM, and Secrets Manager.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with TypeScript, AWS CDK, or other infrastructure-as-code tools is preferred.
• Experience supporting SAP, finance, procurement, or supply chain systems is valued.
