Hiring for a reputed client, our client is looking for an onshore Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to support delivery.

What you'll be doing:<br />* Lead workshops across the client and multiple vendors to define and refine requirements<br />* Map business processes and translate them into actionable work for delivery teams<br />* Create user stories and help refine acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are understood and testable<br />* Carry out BAU activities as part of ongoing Salesforce-focused business analysis<br />* Work closely with stakeholders to keep requirements aligned as needs evolve What you'll bring:<br />* Strong Salesforce experience, with Salesforce certifications preferred<br />* Proven business analysis capability across process mapping, user stories and acceptance criteria refinement<br />* Confidence leading workshops and facilitating discussions with diverse groups<br />* Clear communication skills to document requirements effectively and drive alignment<br />* A collaborative, solution-focused approach-comfortable working across client teams and multiple vendors If this sounds like the kind of Salesforce BA role where your analysis truly makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
