Job Description
We are seeking a UX Designer to help evolve our design system and create exceptional user experiences across our products. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys working in a structured, design-system-first environment and wants to make a meaningful impact through thoughtful design.
Key Responsibilities
- Create interactive prototypes for websites, design-system components, and patterns.
- Refine designs based on user testing, feedback, and usability data.
- Design and iterate components and patterns to improve user experience.
- Guide internal and external designers in applying design-system guidelines and best practices.
- Conduct design reviews and promote a collaborative feedback culture.
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and diverse user needs.
- Create and maintain design-system documentation, component guidelines, usage instructions, and best practices.
- Maintain and evolve the design system in Figma, including components, patterns, and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional UX design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating interaction design, prototyping, and component design work.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers.
- Experience with user testing and iterative design processes.
- Ability to work with component-based design and design-system concepts.
Highly Desired Skills
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience with WCAG/accessibility and inclusive design.
- Understanding of design tokens or design-system tooling.
