Position: Scrum Master with Project Manager

Location: Bethesda, MD (Weekly 3 days onsite)

Job Description:

• Looking for someone with 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master in Agile Technology Development.
• Prefer Technical background. Travel Industry background would be ideal, but not required.
• Should have experience in Agile Coaching, Project Management, Release Management, Team Metrics.
• Agile Delivery experience using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
• Planning and problem-solving with product management and delivery teams.
• Creating and delivering presentations and project plans.

Preferred:

• SAFe certified - SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master.
• Servant leadership experience as Scrum Master on an Agile Release Train.
• Familiarity with product/project development experience on an Agile Teams in a technology-focused organization.
• Ability to align change management strategies with product development/deployments.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques.
• Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology.
• Thrives in a highly collaborative, complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment.
