Figaro Platform Lead / SME

A leading UK wealth and investment business is seeking a Figaro Platform Lead to act as the primary owner and subject matter expert for its core wealth management platform.

This is a key role for an experienced Figaro professional who can combine platform ownership, implementation expertise, application support, and business engagement to drive ongoing platform evolution and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as the go-to SME and owner for the Figaro platform.
2. Lead platform enhancements, upgrades, and implementation initiatives.
3. Manage relationships with Figaro and third-party vendors.
4. Drive platform optimisation, stability, and continuous improvement.
5. Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities and best practice.
6. Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and issue management.
7. Partner with Operations, Technology, and Change teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Experience Required

1. Strong hands-on Figaro platform expertise.
2. Proven experience supporting and developing wealth management platforms.
3. Experience leading or supporting Figaro implementations and major enhancements.
4. Deep understanding of UK wealth management and investment operations.
5. Ability to bridge business and technical teams while acting as a trusted platform expert.
