Delivery Manager

We're working with a fast-paced consultancy and they are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to support on an ongoing technical transformation. This will be a 6 month contract, outside IR35.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal role sitting at the intersection of technology and business change, ensuring that products and platforms are delivered on time, to scope, and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for driving delivery across one or more agile teams, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholders across the business. You'll bring structure and pace to delivery without losing sight of quality, and you'll be comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a Technical Delivery Manager or similar delivery leadership role
• Strong background delivering technology or digital transformation programmes
• Solid understanding of agile and scaled delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement at C-suite level
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving pace in complex, matrixed organisations
• Strong grasp of technical concepts - able to bridge the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders
• Experience with delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
