Role Overview


We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting IT services including Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Staffing solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Identify potential clients and build strong business relationships
  • Promote services such as IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and IT Staffing
  • Schedule meetings and deliver effective sales presentations
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solutions
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM


Required Skills


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of B2B sales processes

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
  • Exposure to domestic or international markets
