Founding Marketer (Growth, GTM)

About the Role

This is a founding marketing role at an early-stage healthtech startup building a membership-based personalized diagnostics and preventive health platform. You'll own growth, GTM strategy, and brand storytelling from the ground up — shaping the company's narrative and directly driving revenue and user growth as a core member of the leadership team.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute GTM strategy across channels to drive revenue and growth.

• Lead brand storytelling and positioning to build a compelling market narrative.

• Oversee paid ads, social media, partnerships, and influencer programs.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and customer success teams.

• Set budgets, forecast outcomes, and measure ROI across all marketing channels.

• Build, lead, and mentor the marketing function as the company scales.

• Develop and deploy high-impact campaigns with supporting performance dashboards.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in B2C growth marketing, sales, or adjacent fields.

• Proven track record defining and executing multi-channel GTM strategies that drive revenue growth.

• Proficiency in digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling, marketing analytics, and CRM/tooling integration (e.g., GA4, dashboards).

• Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and measuring ROI.

• Experience with influencer and partner marketing, including campaign management and negotiation.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, sales, design, and customer success.

• Ability to develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns independently.

• Experience building and leading a marketing function is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €35,000–€70,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is available for this role.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany or Helsinki, Finland.
