Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, processes, workflows, and data needs.
2. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify impacts, and support solution development.
3. Perform data analysis using SQL and other tools to investigate information, validate requirements, and identify trends or discrepancies.
4. Prepare requirements documentation, process flows, analysis findings, and recommendations to support project delivery and decision-making.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role supporting business processes, technology initiatives, or system implementations.
Technical Skills	SQL, Requirements Analysis, Data Analysis, Process Mapping, Business Documentation, File Transfer Concepts, Database Concepts, Microsoft Office
Business / Domain Skills	Business Analysis, Requirements Management, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management, Data Validation, Solution Support
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience supporting enterprise technology, business applications, data integration, or system implementation projects.
2. Familiarity with ERP, HR, financial, or other enterprise business systems and related data structures.
