The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services to customers at their locations. • Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs on light vehicles. • Manage personal stock, complete reporting, and maintain strong customer communication. • Function with a high degree of independence, making on-the-spot decisions for customer needs. • Represent the organisation with professionalism and excellent customer service skills. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with customers.
