The Role • Define, develop, maintain, and operate information technology systems, ensuring the area's technological level is current. • Conduct studies and implement new procedures and techniques, including the selection of hardware, software, and supplies. • Plan, develop, and direct the operation of information technology systems. • Guide the selection, installation, and use of computing equipment and software. • Set policies, procedures, technical standards, methods, and priorities for the IT function. • Control and recommend IT budgets and ensure the security of information systems. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • 8-12 years of total professional IT experience, with at least 8 years in business-facing IT roles. • 5+ years of experience in a regulated environment, preferably in Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or a similar industry with strong Quality systems. • Experience in IT Business Relationship Management, IT Product Management, Technology Portfolio or Program Management, or similar leadership roles.
