The Role

• Support budget planning and market analysis.
• Assist in the creation of monthly management reports.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Analyze processes, identify weaknesses, and propose optimization strategies.
• Gain hands-on experience in your chosen specialization: Accounting & Controlling, Tax Consultancy, Social Management, Retail Management, or Logistics Management.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) college entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certifiedtechnician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency (B2 level).
• Strong understanding of mathematics.
• Analytical and logical thinking skills.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good English language skills.

What's On Offer

• Monthly salary between €375 - €730 (gross), depending on the partner company.
• Study fees of up to €789 per month are covered.
• State-recognized Bachelor's degree with practical content.
• Opportunity for direct employment with a partner company (2 out of 3 graduates are taken on by their practice partner).
