IT Lead: Enterprise Systems & Growth Champion

M2P Engineering is seeking an IT Lead to own the IT & Systems function, driving enhancements for IFS and integration with HRIS and shop-floor software. Based at the Spring Hill head office, report to the CFO, lead a small team and collaborate with MSPs to lift operational efficiency across the business.

You'll guide infrastructure, manage projects, and shape the technology roadmap while delivering reliable, scalable systems for a growing construction, engineering and fabrication group.
